Church Notices: 20th September 2026

1. The Catholic Church joins other Christian groups in celebrating the Season of Creation from 1st September to 4th October. This Sunday 20th September the evening 6 pm mass will be a special liturgy that highlights the need to care for creation.

2. Parish Visitation resumes on Tuesday 22nd September with community T. Your Parish council member/animator will inform you which houses will be visited.

3. The members of the Hope & Life movement of our parish, will be having their Marian pilgrimage at Mt Carmel Church on Thursday September 24th, from 9.30am onwards.

4. The Evergreen Senior Citizens will conduct housie on Saturday 26th September in Room # 1, at 5.30pm. All are invited.

5. The Evergreen Senior Citizens will be celebrating their Annual Thanksgiving Mass on Friday 2nd October, at 9.30 am, in St. Andrew's Church, followed by a fellowship in the Bosco Hall. Registrations for the same, daily after the 8am Mass, outside the Sacristy.

6. The following areas of the niches in section A are undergoing repairs: A-47 to A-88. Please note that, as part of the repairs, we need to demolish and rebuild the niches in these sections completely. We regret the inconvenience caused.

• Holy family hospital is organizing a Community Connect on Saturday 26th September from 3.00pm to 4.30pm at Piccolo Hall on 2 issues:

A. Can hypertension put your heart at risk?

B. Practical ways to attend to ENT disorders.

• ⁠Parkinson's society conducts free of cost Rehabilitation program for people living with Parkinson's at St Peter's Church, Bandra, Xavier's Hall beside the church medical center every Thursday from 10.30am to 11.30 am.
