1. As you are aware the college Chapel is being repaired and renovated. The estimated cost of the repairs and upgrades is Rs 20 Lakhs. We appreciate any contributions towards these repairs.

2. Next Sunday is the feast of the Pentecost, we pray for the Outpouring of the Holy Spirit on all of us as we celebrate the Birthday of the Church. We will have a special prayer Vigil on Friday 22nd May after the evening Mass from 7:30 to 9:00 pm. We invite all Parishioners to join the clergy team as we pray for our Parish and the Church in India, that the Holy Spirit will renew the face of the Church.

3. During the month of May, the Holy Rosary is being recited by the communities at 6:30 pm at the grotto on weekdays and on Sundays at 5:30 pm. Please come and pray to our Lady.

4. A formal farewell for Frs. Jervis and Clifford on Sunday, 31st May beginning with the Rosary at the grotto at 6:30 p.m., followed by a thanksgiving Mass. Since May 31st is a Sunday, the evening Mass that day has been rescheduled to 7:00 p.m. to accommodate this thanksgiving and farewell Eucharist as we seek God’s blessings upon them.

5. Many have been requesting for crosses made from the wood of our Church. The Clergy home has made these crosses and are available with them. Please contact Fr. Merwyn at the Clergy home for a cross.

6. Sunday, June 7th we celebrate the feast of Corpus Christi - the Body and Blood of Christ. Recommissioning of all Eucharistic ministers on Sunday 7th June at the 8:15 am mass.

In the evening after the 6 pm mass there will be a special program called Heaven on Earth which emphasises the Eucharistic presence in the Holy Mass. Through Sacred Music we hope to give our Parishioners a deeper love and understanding of the source and summit of our lives – the Eucharist. St. Francis of Assisi describes: “The Mass is the moment when Heaven and Earth are united.” Please come in large numbers for this moment of grace.
