Church Notices: 11th October 2026

1. It is the 28th Sunday of ordinary time. A reminder that the Rosary is prayed every day at the grotto at 6:30 pm and on Sundays at 5:30 pm. Please do join us in prayer.

2. Parish Visitation will be on Tuesday 13th October with few remaining houses of community of community R.

3. Mass booking for the months of November and December will begin from 12th October, 2026 in Room No.1 from 10am to 11am only.

4. St. Andrews College is organizing a Career Fair on Saturday 31st October 2026 from 9 am to 4 pm. The details of the same are on the notice board. The last date for registration is 15th October 2026.

5. Citizen Credit Co-operative Bank announces Annual Awards for excellence in Academics for the year 2025-26. Please refer to the Notice Board for more details.

6. The application form for the scholarship for higher education of the girl child is available in the Parish office from Monday 5th October. The Last day to submit applications is Saturday 31st October.

7. Next Sunday 18th October is Mission Sunday. This year is the 100th World Missionary Sunday and invites us to reflect on the theme “One in Christ, United in Mission”, Communities will be putting up stalls, the proceeds of the sales will go towards the missions. There will also be a special collection at all masses for the mission. Those who wish to make their contribution by cheque may do so in favour of the Archdioceses of Bombay. Please mention you Pan and contact details and drop it in the boxes in front of the altar.

8. ⁠Holy Family Hospital is organizing a free Knee & Orthopedic Care Camp on Sunday 18th October, from 9am to 1pm. For details, please refer to the Church Notice Board.

9. ⁠The BCS unit of our parish will be having a membership drive after all Masses Saturday and Sunday near the Sacristy. All parishioners are invited to register and be part of the BCS. For details, you may also contact Merwyn D'Souza or Anil Martis.

10. Work on niches A217 to A246 will start tomorrow. We regret any inconvenience caused.

11. There will be Deanery Youth Day on 6th November 2026. The passes for this event are available with your youth representatives.

12. St. Peter's Medical cell is organizing a Spine Bone camp on 25th October, details are on the notice board.

13. The Khandala Laity retreat will be holding its 121st annual retreat at Khandala from 5th to 7th November 2026. The preacher is Fr. Joaquim Tellis. Details are on the notice board.
