Church Notices: 15th March 2026

1. On Sunday, the Vocation Commission of Bandra Deanery is organizing Altar Servers’ Rally and Recollection from 11 am to 1 pm in our Church. Please pray for all our young children to experience Jesus in their life.

2. On Sunday 15th March Holy Family Hospital in collaboration with St. Andrews Parish is organizing a special health awareness program. A panel of Lady doctors will cover an array of topics which will give valuable and practical insights on women’s heath, prevention and wellness. This will be held on 15th March Sunday at 10:15am in the Bosco Hall. Details are on the notice board.

3. The season of Lent encourages us to engage in works of charity and alms giving. To focus our efforts, we will have a collection on all Fridays of lent at all masses. This collection will be for the Lenten Alms which supports the formation of seminarians at Goregaon.

4. The AYM invites all youth of our parish to come and participate in the LIVE Way of the Cross on Good Friday. All those interested in acting, singing and narrating please give your names to Naomi or Delaine.

5. On 21st March, Deacon Dorson and two of his companions will be getting ordained to the priesthood by His Grace Archbishop John Rodrigues at St. Pius College, Goregaon at 6 pm. Please pray for them. Deacon Dorson served in our parish in the year 2024-2025.

6. Next Sunday 22nd March is the last day of Sunday School and Jesus and Me Club. We will have a thanksgiving Mass at 8:15 am in the Church followed by a short Annual Day in the Bosco Hall.

7. The All-Mumbai Walking Pilgrimage to pray for peace will be held on Saturday, 21st March 2026 at 10:30 pm from Cross maidan and conclude with the Holy Eucharist at Mount Mary Basilica. For details, please see the noticeboard.

8. St. Xaviers Institute of Communications, Mumbai announces admissions for Post Graduate Diploma courses. For further details please refer to the notice board.

9. Dimensions Global Christian Chamber of Commerce has organized a Women’s Day celebration, launch of its Coffee table book and awards felicitation on Saturday 21st March, 2026. For further details please refer to the notice board.

10. From April 2026 we will be charging a graveyard maintenance charge on all Niches in the cemetery. The maintenance charge is caped at Rs 500 per annum for a period of 3 years. This will enable us to repair and maintain the graveyard. The graveyard maintenance charge will go into effect from 1st April 2026.

11. The Consulate General of Portugal in Goa are having a 3 days camp in Mumbai from 10th April, 2026 to 13th April, 2026 to help parishioners avail consular services in Mumbai. For further details please see the notice board.

12. The Ever-Green senior citizens will be conducting their monthly Housie on Friday, 27th March, 2026 from 5:30pm onwards. All are invited.

13. Parish office will remain closed on 19th March, 2026
